Do you know the food that you eat don't have nutrient alone but
it comes with energy and the "Calorie" means the units of the energy .
You can be obesity ,if you have too much energy because the energies if we
don't use them, they will change to "fats".
How we can lose our weights ?
We have many ways to lose weight but a few people that have been successful!!
Why?
I know at this time you have a question “Why , we do the same way to lose
weight but why I can’t lose my weight same other persons”
The answer is “The human’s bodies are different”
For example: The man is 65 years old can’t exercise same the boy who is 15
years old
So , we should know “How we can burn our energies for enough”
There are many ways to lose weight at these , at this time I will tell you the
Important ways.
- Often do exercises !!!!
I know you will say “I don’t have more time to do that”, if you say that
I believe you can’t lose your weight for secure because the energies won’t be
burned if you don’t do exercise.
- Eat a lot of “Fibers”
We can see it in the vegetable and plant . The thing that I want to tell you
is the fiber can lose you weight absolutely because the fiber can absorb the
energy in the food , that is the important for lose weight. I will show you
the benefits of fibers
- It can absorb the energy in the food before the energy will be
absorbed by human’s bodies.
- When we eat a lot of fiber ,we will feel “full”
- The fiber can help the excretion system of human.
- Etc.
- Subside the food that has a lot of fats
If we can subside this kind of food we will decrease the energy
very much because the fats give us the calories are 9 calories/ 1 g.
Okay , we can summarize the ways to lose weight at these
- Often do exercise (very important)
- as burn your energies as you get ( it’s the basic way)
- eat a lot of fibers (it’s can help you very much)
- Subside the fats (You must remember , it’s your enemy!!)
