Do you know , now a lot of people are interested in exercise and take care themselves. But that isn't enough , I think we don't want to lose weight only but we should be
healthier too.Sometimes only exercise can't make you be healthier but foods are can help
you to be.
Do you know in the world many people die because their innate character about eating
food though the persons who do exercise.
Why the Japanese have a lot of persons who are more 110 years old? The result of research
show that the Japanese's people eat fish for their meal long times ago.
Why the fish can help? I know you must have this question right? The answer is fish have
many nutrients such as -protein Fish have many proteins and there aren't any fats that come with fish.
-Vitamins Fish have many vitamins those have many benefits for human such as Vitamin B that can help the nerve system.
-Minerals Often eat fish , your body can work efficiently such as Iodine Zinc and more
And the important reason is fish have a little fat that won't make you Cholesterol if have
fats , these are benefit fats can help nerve system (Fish oil) and Cardiovascular System .
These are a little advantages of fish.

About fat in my life!!



Hi ,Dear everybody who want to be healthier


First , I would like to say " Hi " to you or other . I hope these web-pages can help you to

be healthier.Before beginning I want to tell a story that happened to my life.In the past, I

met a boy , he's a very fat boy , His weight was 65 when he was 9 years old ,His private doctor

said"If you want to have a girlfriend . You should diet ." but he doesn't care about his

suggestion , of course the boy who was 9 years old don't think to have girlfriend .So he ate a lot

and don't did any exercise.Until he was 14 years old ,


He doesn't think to have any girlfriend but he had more thought , he thought to himself "If I still

was fat , My life will be bad in the future". Then he sometimes do exercise but he can't see a

different changes in his body so he didn't do any exercise. Until he met one girl and he liked her

so he often do exercise for his girl.The thing I want to tell you is "If you want to loss weight

, you must find out the reason that persuades you to be healthier and concentrate

on your exercises "At this time we know what thing we needed , let's know the idea
Beginning




Well , let's start .Now , we must ask question to ourselves , How long we want to live? I belive

nobody say "I want to die !!!!! " but you know ? A lot of people in the world die

because their weights. Oh!! I think you know this matter but who can keep it ,

nobody can do this duty for you must do it by yourself. The fat is the bad enemy

for ourlives , it's make the chain of sickness in your life!!! Okay, at this time we

should know the word "Fat and Over weight"

In the past , we didn't think the "Obesity" will be the problem in our life but who know

thissickness is the beginning to other diseases.What is the "Obesity"The obesity is a disease . It

is from "fat" that our bodies have too much. It make us overweight. How we know "Am I too

fat". We can know by use this formula


BMI (Body Mass Index) = weight (kg.) / height (m)2

We can set the group of BMI at these....

< 5 =" Your weight is too light for standard">

>18.5-24.9 = Your weight is standard.

> 25 = Your weight is too heavy for standard
Know the word "Calories"


Do you know the food that you eat don't have nutrient alone but

it comes with energy and the "Calorie" means the units of the energy .

You can be obesity ,if you have too much energy because the energies if we

don't use them, they will change to "fats".







How we can lose our weights ?

We have many ways to lose weight but a few people that have been successful!!


Why?

I know at this time you have a question “Why , we do the same way to lose

weight but why I can’t lose my weight same other persons”

The answer is “The human’s bodies are different”

For example: The man is 65 years old can’t exercise same the boy who is 15

years old

So , we should know “How we can burn our energies for enough”

There are many ways to lose weight at these , at this time I will tell you the

Important ways.

- Often do exercises !!!!

I know you will say “I don’t have more time to do that”, if you say that

I believe you can’t lose your weight for secure because the energies won’t be

burned if you don’t do exercise.


- Eat a lot of “Fibers”

We can see it in the vegetable and plant . The thing that I want to tell you

is the fiber can lose you weight absolutely because the fiber can absorb the

energy in the food , that is the important for lose weight. I will show you

the benefits of fibers

- It can absorb the energy in the food before the energy will be

absorbed by human’s bodies.

- When we eat a lot of fiber ,we will feel “full”

- The fiber can help the excretion system of human.

- Etc.





- Subside the food that has a lot of fats

If we can subside this kind of food we will decrease the energy

very much because the fats give us the calories are 9 calories/ 1 g.





Okay , we can summarize the ways to lose weight at these

- Often do exercise (very important)
- as burn your energies as you get ( it’s the basic way)
- eat a lot of fibers (it’s can help you very much)
- Subside the fats (You must remember , it’s your enemy!!)


Okay , now let’s go next step below

Let’s see some activities for lose weight and it’s effective.

Okay, at this time ,I want to tell you some hobbies and sports

that is very fun and efficacious.

First , we should know the theory

We can split the activities of sport at these

1. Aerobic

In physical exercise, aerobic exercise is complementary to anaerobic exercise. Aerobic literally means "with oxygen", and refers to the use of oxygen in muscles'
Such as swimming, jogging , dancing

2. Anaerobic

Anaerobic means "without oxygen", and refers to the energy exchange in living tissue that is independent of oxygen. Anaerobic exercise is brief, high intensity activity where anaerobic metabolism is taking place in muscles.
Such as running , swimming (short distance)

1. Swimming
Swimming is an excellent form of exercise. Because the density of the human body is approximately similar to that of water, the body is supported by the water and less stress is therefore placed on joints and bones. Therefore, swimming is frequently used as an exercise in rehabilitation after injuries or for those with disabilities.
Resistance swimming is one form of swimming exercise. It is done either for training purposes, to hold the swimmer in place for stroke analysis, or to enable swimming in a confined space for athletic or therapeutic reasons. Resistance swimming can be done either against a stream of moving water (often termed a swimming machine) or by holding the swimmer stationary with elastic attachments.
Swimming is primarily an aerobic exercise due to the long exercise time, requiring a constant oxygen supply to the muscles, except for short sprints where the muscles work anaerobically. As with most aerobic exercise it is believed to reduce the harmful effects of stress.
Do you know , in my life I met the people who did this sport and has been successful.
This sport is very fun and effective.I belive you will feel “fun” with it.























2. Jump rope
Jumping rope is an activity not only suited for competition or recreation, but also for a cardiovascular workout, similar to jogging or bicycle riding. This aerobic exercise can achieve a "burn rate" of up to 1300 calories per hour of vigorous activity, with about 0.1 calories consumed per jump. Ten minutes of jumping rope is roughly the equivalent of running an eight-minute mile. Jumping rope can avoid the knee damage which may occur during running, since the impact of each jump or step is absorbed by both legs. Jumping rope also helps strengthen the arms and shoulders. This combination of an aerobic workout and coordination-building footwork have made jumping rope a popular form of exercise for athletes, especially boxers and wrestlers. Individuals or groups can participate in the exercise, and learning proper jump rope technique is relatively simple compared to many other athletic activities. The exercise is also appropriate for a wide range of ages and fitness levels.
I think this activity is the best activity for lose weight , it can burns your energy more 20 cal./min. and it dare you!!!!











3. Running
If you feel ambitious you can advance to running, which is my personal favorite -- I have been a runner since 1968. It is one of the most efficient and inexpensive ways to stay healthy; the only equipment required is a good pair of shoes. If you do decide to run, please recognize that most shoes will not last more than six months. If you use them longer than six months you will increase your risk of injury.
One of the downsides of running is that you must depend on the weather to cooperate. You can always use a treadmill, of course, but that adds the expense of a health club or the equipment for your home. If you are elevating your program to this level and will invest in equipment, I believe that an elliptical machine is, for reasons explained below, far superior to the treadmill in providing an optimal aerobic exercise experience.
